xenia fragging question

Can you just cut a big stalk of xenia and super glue it to a piece of rubble. I dont really want to frag it just put it on a piece of rubble to trade in to the lfs and make more room for other coral.

You can't glue xenia...it gets slimy if you cut it. I am talking goo.
Just put some small bits of rock next to the xenia going up...it will climb right on the rock rubble and there you go...fragged. You can get it to climb up on anything...the glass on your tank, another larger rock, whatever you want.

You can cut it off then losely rubberband it to a rock/frag plug for a couple of days. You can also stick it in a glass in the tank with rubble on the bottom.

I will agree with both posts above:

They don’t take to super glue very well, yet I have got one to stick.
Put a rock near it to let it grow on is the easiest way.

Put a toothpick through it, cut the stalk below the toothpick and rubberband the toothpick to a plug/rock. Easy as that.
