Xenia help

Hello
I keep my new Nano Cube at my pet salon. I have had my xenia for 2 weeks and I came in this morning only to find it looks a different color and 1/2 of its size. I did a water change on Tuesday and was off Wendsday. Came in today and YIKES the button polyops are closed the mushrooms are much smaller too. HELP!
