I have had a colony of xenia for about 2 months. It has looked ok until recent where the "arms" have gotten REALY thinck and the "hands" really small. Whats going on? Any one have any ideas?

We cannot really help you when you say "levels are all okay". When dealing with problems in your tank, water quality is the first issue to look at. Could you give us the specific water levels? What we need to know is pH, alkalinity, calcium, temperature, salinity, and nitrates.
Where do you have this coral placed in your tank? Is it in flow?
