I got a small powerhead for my 3g pico and I made so the flow is not too strong or not too weak. My xenia is getting a little more current then before. He is not getting blown hard. Ever since i put the new powerhead in he doesnt look too good. His color darkend and he donest expand as much? Is he just getting used to the new flow?

I found that my xenia does not like a lot of flow it seems to do much better with just enough flow to move it a little bit.

IMO, they are adjusting. If the water is right, Xenia is probably one of the toughest corals. Noted on WWM, they are among the only corals that can live in a strong direct current (business end of a powerhead) and grow and thrive.
