xenia, what flow rate?

What is the best flow and light for xenia. This is the first coral I have received.

med light and med flow but mine can handle just about anything.....spreads like a weed

I've got a colony in a high flow strong light area that is growing like crazy. A few 'stalks' are about two thumbs thick and real bushey. Another colony is lower flow and lower light and doing very well also. Not as thick and fast growing but doing fine.
