Xinia Problem.

Can someone tell my why my xinia isn't spreading.
Water temp 78-79
Salinity 1.023
Calcium 400-420
Alk. 9.2
Tank 29G w/10G sump
Flow Mag 700- SCWD
Lighting 130watt of PC (10 hour photo period)
I have several other corals doing extreemly well but the xinia does not see to be doing anything
Other corals
Green Hammer
Closed Brain
Zoos
GSP's
Montipora Cap.
Montipora Digitata
I feed baby brine shimp to all the corals...recently switched from zooplex (no results with zooplex also)

pulsating xenia have been know to stop pulsing for one reason or another. It doesn't mean that anything is necissarily wrong they just sometimes stop. Mine pulsed for about 3 months after I got them then stopped. About 3 or 4 months later they started right back up again.

you could try iodine butotherwise if they are new to the tank they will spread soon myne took a couple days.

I add one cap of Iodide to the tank every week....The Xinia have been in the tank for close to two months now.
