I never thought I would love having a salt water tank this much. I just sit by the tank and watch them. It is fascinating. I wish I had posted to this board before I bought my equipment.

The thing that excites me the most about saltwater is the huge diversity of life found in a reef. i like to wait 3-4 hours after my lights are off and watch the copepods and mini stars do their thing its like a whole new tank emerges when the lights go out!

One of the best IMO!
This hobby is like an addiction... and I think it may
be more expensive than drugs

Well, so far my salt water fish adiction has been far more expensive than my drug adiction... But, then again, I don't have a drug adiction so that's not really a test :)
Even if it is more expensive than drugs, it's much better for you. Doesn't kill anywhere near as many brain cells!

I like to think that all the research and patience, planning and maintenance is actually replacing the brain cells I lost during my teenage years;)
