Yellow Band Maroons highly aggressive?

Are they all highly agressive or is it just this strain of Clown fish?
Mine is bullying the foxface in my tank all the sudden. I had to add more rock and it changed the territories in the tank. since they the clown has been riding the foxface to where he is hiding behind rocks.

All clownfish are damsels, which are some of the most aggressive fish there are, and YSM's are probably the worst of the bunch. You're not seeing anything unusual.
