i would still say no. people do it, but then again people dont really listen. i just dont think its worth the hassle of chasing him around later on and transferring or selling him

Open water swimmers really don't belong in small tanks. Small tangs usually aren't healthy. Unhealthy tang + stressful/too small environment usually equals death or a very sick fish
