Yellow Leather clouding my tank??

I got a few corals Saturday when I got my new Sunpod 150W. One of which is a small Yellow Leather. Sunday I noticed he wasn't opening up. Late Sunday the water started looking cloudy. This morning it was real cloudy. I tested the water and everything is in spec. Well, Nitrates are at 10. All my other corals are looking great.
If the leather is stressed, will it cloud a tank like that? If so, should I get him out of there or do you think there is a possibility he'll come out of this?
He is mid-way up the rockpile, in a medium flow area.

they will sometimes release mucus tunic when they are stressed but not enough to cloud a tank. how big is your tank?

15 gallon. I'm still not sure if he is the reason though. I'm thinking maybe more of a late cycle. It cycled allready 2 weeks ago and the water has been perfect ever since except nitrates have been between 5-10. I changed out 3 gallons yesterday hoping it would help clear it up.
