Yellow Long Nose Butterfly

I really like the Yellow Long Nose Butterflys, and now that Ive got rid of my aggressive fish I thought I would try one but my LFS said they arent that sturdy of a fish, so I got a Koran Angel that he said would be a step up in difficulty from aggressives but a step down from butterflys. What is so hard about these fish to keep? My readings are PH 8.4, Am 0, NI 0, NA 5 (gone from 20-5 and still lowering since I added refugium.)I got a large skimmer, 75# lr and an 80g tank. My Koran angel has been great for about 1 month now and I have a cleaner shrimp for disease control. Does it sound like I could be ready for a Long Nose Butterfly? What would you recommend to get it start feeding, what size is most adjusting, and is there any other special needs?
thanks
Jon

I think they are supposed to be hardy as Butterflys go. I had one once but after a few days it starting doing something strange. It began spiraling around on it tail with its nose in the air. I thought here I go again. Another fish in the throws of dying on me. So I took it back to the lfs who didn't seem to know what I was talking about. I later read in a book that this can be normal behavior for a Long-nose.

I got one about a month ago and he is doing great. Eats Formula One, Bloodworms, and flakes. Never hid, and ate 4-5 hours after I added him to the tank. Eats like a pig. No difficulties that I know of. There area lot of mixed opinions of theses fish. I would say they were as hardy if not more than a Koran.
