BTW, I am sure you are aware of this but the pacu, oscar, and pirahna are not appropriate for your tank (with regards to tank size and compatability). What other cichlids do you have in this tank? As far as the parrot cichlid taking over one third of the tank, it could be that she is ready to lay eggs.....or it could be a male starting to claim a territory. As far as I know parrots are not sexually dimorphic (I could be wrong on that though
