Yellow Tang and Finrot?

Hi Guys,
I was admiring my new acquisition of a Royal Grammar when i noitced a very small piece of my yellow tang's anal fin has come off. There are also very small white membranes coming off the upper anal fin. Thinking this was finrot I looked up in my book but the fish is very content with life in my tank and is eating ferociously well! Is it finrot? Water conditions are good, Ammonia could be a tad lower but nothing dangerous. This was the last fish I received off a shop who I wouldnt recommend to anyone as their stock is very unreliable, could he have 'contracted' it there or in my tank (he has been in my tank 10 days or so).
Also I have about 5-6 inverts in my tank so what is the treatment I should give?
Yours in hope!

Hiya,
Yes the source of the ammonia I think we determined in another thread (see my thread in Reef Tanks Forum 'Fighting the ammonia battle'). Seems it was my substrate (gravel) and UGF.
It is relatively new, 10 days or so, didnt seem to have it when i bought it. I dont have a quarrantine tank and I dont have the money to set one up so I think we have to look at other avenues!!!
Thanks

How does the fish look besides this problem? Sickly or otherwise healthy?
Is there a possibility that the fish is a victim of aggression by another tankmate?
