yellow tang has zits

hello everyone i have my bros. recently purchased a yellow tang and it appears to have 3 or zits(or pointy bumps) withour the white head of the zit, it looks like one though, i also have a clown, cleaner shrimp, hippo tang, and it is a reef tank, very healthy all accept for these bumps on my tang, how do i get rid of them and what are are they.
