Yellow Tang in Distress

Good Evening,

I have had a Yellow Tang for several weeks, maybe a couple of months. It has been swimming freely and eating. Tonight when I got home it is behind some rocks staying on or very near the bottom. It is upright and moving a little, but not a lot. It would not feed when I put in the frozen food source. I have several other fish and they are just fine.

Any Ideas?
