Yellow tang Lying down Alive//Clear sacks on tank

Last nite the tang was fine, this morning the tang was lying on its side. We presumed it dead. then the tang started moving around again swimming and then lying down under a rock. this has been going on all day. Now we noticed some clear sacks have attached themselves to the glass. One of them is very developed and it looks like it has cilia on it. It is clearly a living organism because it has attached itself to the tank. Could this be eggs of some sort? WE have a brittle star a hermit crab, 3 live rocks and the tang in our 45 gallon tank. All of levels including nitrate and PH are fine. Any clue as to what this is? the live rocks also have some clear/white things on one of them.

do some testing on the water ph,nitrates and so on.you should post these stats when you have a problem like this to give us some sort of background.

How is the tangs color and eating? The sac things are nothing to worry about. They do multiply I have had alot in my sump at times, dont know exactly what they are but they are not a parasite. Looks like an opaque sac with little hairs sticking out the top, right?

yes they are opaque with little hairs on them . thanks ....this is a very difficult thing figuring out these fish.
