yellow tang mouth problems

My yellow tang looks like he has bumps on his mouth.. Does anyone know what would be the problem and how to fix it?
I noticed it this morning. It's a fairly new tank. Around 2 months old.

If they are whit and puffy like cotton it maybe Lymphocystis , which is viral infection. The only cure is good water quality and good nutrition. Soak his food in a vitamin solution B4 you feed him. Make sure to feed nori and a frozen veggie food. It will go away in a couple of months.
