My yellow tang, (and the rest of my fish) Have been in HYPO for 2 weeks now. I saw ick break out on my yellow tang and then on my hippo too so I moved them in to the HT and started hypo and dosed with saltwater maracyn-two and coppersafe. I have been feeding garlic and a varity of other foods and they are eating great and looked healthy untill a few days ago.
When I first put the fish in hypo, I noticed the fish had a serious breakout in the ick and it soon went away. That was a week and a half ago. Day before yesterday I noticed tiny black dots on the yellow tang. Looks like balck ick to me. I don't see it on the other fish but this may be because the fish are dark in color. How do I treat the black ick? Or am I already on the right track with what treatment I am doing now?
The fish are already in hypo and have copper safe in the water. I don't want to add another treatment that will hurt the fish since they seem to be very active and healthy other then the spots. What should I do? Please help.

You will need a series of formalin dips for the black ich. Your other fish, including any in the display, should be treated with hyposalinity. The drop off of ich that you saw has nothing to do with the junk that you have been adding to the tank, it is the normal life cycle of the parasite. They are now multiplying. You will see a severe increase in numbers in about a week. Please check out the common treatments Faq located at the top of the Disease and Treatment forum. There are instructions for hyposalinity and formalin baths there.
