Yellow Tang With Powder?

I got a large yellow tang, and today I notice like in the middle of his body that he has like a big thick line of like powder. Looks like powder. And it looks like they are some dots. What can it be?

I think that is the line that they originally have. It turned yellow, and my wife told me it had it since I bought it. So I guess i never saw it. But where they have like a white point at somewhere in the tail, some of the skin is like turning orange or kind of red, does anyone knows what can it be?

I took some pictuers but you can't see it. The dots are real small.
