Yellow Tang with Red & Buldging Eye

Hi guys
I noticed that my yellow tang has developed a buldging and reddish right eye. The left eye is ok. Other than the buldging red eye, everything seems to be fine with no other symtoms on the fish. Its still pretty active with a good appetite but I am afraid it's a dangerous disease in-waiting and could spread throughout the tank.
Could anyone tell me whats wrong with my fish? Is it contagious and whats the cure?

Hi all,
I was trying desperately to get hold of a medicine for the fish. When I came back today, I realised that the buldging has gone down n the redness is gone too. I saw my cleaner shrimp doing some cleaning job on my tang the last 2 days. The tang seems to be very attached to the shrimp (maybe becoz theres a parasite on him hahaha) but everything now is Ah-Ok!

P.S. Just holding on to my bottle of Myxazin just in case.
