this picture is amazing. I hope I can take pictures like this when I buy an SLR.

Thanks Lauren. Experience is good and a nice camera always helps too. these photos are taken with a 2.8 aperture lens to blur the background and make the fish the main focus in the photo. Camera is a Canon 5d.

Your profile says you have a black tang. One of the LFS here has one. I think you need to post a few of the black tang!

old info on my profile. But my buddy has it now. I sold my largest tank and with that tank went that fish...and some of my other favs

haha I have considered it but I was trying to play fair and only take photos of what I personally own in MY tanks
And yes I plan to take less of a close up of the yellow tang when my lights go on today.
