Yellow watchman goby

So I was adding corals to my live rock so the rock was moved around a bit. I noticed I haven't seen my Yellow watchman goby for a few days and decided I should look, I found him stuck under a piece of LR so its probably been there for at least 2 days. It is swimming in circles and its body looks a little curved. I've placed it in QT is there anything else I can do or will this be a sit and wait game? I also gave it a freshwater bath

Slow down... I think he'll be fine. Just don't do too much at once or you'll stress him out... which would not be good; he is probably stressed out a lot already.

One thing I might mention is that your LR should actually sit on the bottom of your tank to prevent any burrowing fish/critters from getting squished when the rock shifts due to their excavation.

It is in the bottom I just pulled it up to glue a new coral to it and didn't realize he was under it when I set it back down. I should of checked :(
