I have a yellow tang that is starting to show red veins in his face and back. that can i do

Start by checking your levels.
Nitrites or ammonia toxicity will often cause this. A water change might help. Make sure it gets a varied diet, including veggies.

I just checked my levels they are fine. I don't have a qt tank what sould I do?

What is your nitrate level? Is the fish in a tank with LR? What is your pH?
How long have you had this fish?
Did you do the water change as suggested above?
