Should all 4 of my chambers in the back of my 12 gal aquapod be full of water? Cause they're not. My first one with the sponge is, and my second with the protien skimmer is, but the third one where my charcoal is (I was going to put my heater in that one) doesn't have water all the way up. It barely covers my charcoal bag. Its the same level in the fouth one too. (not quite half full) Is this normal? :notsure:
