I am about to order black tinted 1/4 in plexi, diamond hole-saw, and a bulkhead to build an overflow into my 75g. I'm redoing it completely and want a corner overflow. I am currently using a cpr 600gph with 1" bulkhead that I want to do away with. Would a 1" bh still be sufficient and what kind of bulkhead? standard single-threaded or double-threaded? I want to make the drain on back removable so I figured threaded but I don't want a hard time finding fittings for it at lowes or homedepot. I will be using a 55g for the sump/fuge with mag5/mag2 for the returns. Also the overflow will have a standpipe. So my question is, what size and type bulkhead and what size hole-saw?
