Yet another DYI lighting question...

Hey everyone. I've been looking at lighting on hellolights.com, and I have two possible choices...4 (55watt)Power Compacts, or 4 (110Watt) VHO's. The PCs are 239, the VHOs are $245. Not much price difference, but a considerable wattage difference. Does this wattage make a major difference since the bulb type is different? I guess I'm aiming at will the 55 watt PCs produce as much light as the 110w VHOs? I know we've all been through this many times before, but I thank anyone who has the patience to answer yet another lighting question

I would go with the VHO's.

Same here.. VHO are an wasome light source for corals. They have a better looking blue and white.
They are not a lot more so I would definetly go with the VHO.

VHOs are the best. But I did hear that the actinic are better from PCs. I just got the PCs (couldn't afford the VHOx bulb replacement) I am happy.
