fishmonkey: Don’t know where to begin. Not that I don’t know the answers, but the problem here is so disastrous, and, unfortunately happens so frequently.
Can I ask you what sort of learning process did you do before undertaking the marine aquaria hobby? A 20 gal eclipse system can not possibly accommodate all those organisms, let alone a tang! That size tank could not accommodate the tang even if the tang was the only one in the tank.
If I were you, I’d see if the LFS would take that tang back [even for free]; tell them that it does have ich, and see if they can work on curing it and finding him another home.
You obviously did not quarantine your fish before placing them in this tank, otherwise you wouldn’t be having an ich problem. Unfortunately there is no cure for your fish [as they are now all infected] in a tank with corals. You will have to either remove the corals or the fish [separate them] and treat the fish separately. If this is something you want to do, then post back if you need help.

If you really want to keep the tang then you would need at least a 75 gallon tank maybe larger if he is a hippo tang.
