yet another lighting question

Hey ya'll.. I was looking at an icecap retofit lighting system from another online store. My only problem is that in order to have my blues come on before my whites do,i need to buy another ballast. How important is this? Am i gonna freak my fish out by turning all the lights on at once? I can't afford to buy another ballast right now after dropping $300+ on this system. Thanks for any help.

Mine come on at the same time,The fish will get used to it. I'm adding a couple of NO flo fixtures from LOWES soon that will be my blue for morning and night. The fixtures are only about $5-$10 each.Nothing fancy,but it will work fine. STEVE
