Yet another LR and lighting Question

Do i need to get special lighting if i get Live Rock in my tank? Would the 50/50's work? Does blue light help at all or is it just for looks???

these don't say PAR, or true actinic, or 03.. are they not true spectrum actinics? http://***********.com/md_viewItem.asp?idproduct=UF3465
Would a combination of two of those with two of their Actinic White 50/50 be sufficient for a 75g? I see that the 50/50 does have actinic 03.

I think it's pretty good. I just got it Saturday. Tangs love it, the Koran is just starting to go for it, but he's still in recovery from BAD Bad case of ick. My small Clowns don't like the size, (hard to crumble up), but the big ones lile it. :yes:
