Can you tell me what you have for lighting in your 75's? I saw some pics in a recent thread. BTW.... both of your tanks are beautiful :)
Nice work! Thanks in advance...

I can't help you with your question, but where are you from in WV?

Thanks. I was thinking along the same lines with VHO's as you two have, but I have been swaying back and forth about MH's. I was thinking 2 x 175w or 2 x 250w 10K ushio. Any words of advice about MH's? I just dont want to have too much lighting that it would become overkill, if that is possible. Thanks again.

I went back and forth between 250w and 400w setups. In the end, I decided to go with the 400w in case I ended up with a bigger/deaper tank in the future. Things in my tank are growing pretty fast and look good, so I don't think I'm frying them even with all that light. What are you planning to keep?

Right now I just have some softies (leathers and shrooms). I am not sure what all I want to keep just yet, but do know I only want to upgrade once and do it right. Saving money in the long run. Also making it possible to buy (within limits) any coral and not worry about the lighting (after research of course :D ). I'm not going to get a bigger tank so that wont be a concern here. Thanks for your help. :)

Well I will definately kick out the idea of 175's now, thanks for sharing that little tid bit of info (just saved me some money).
:D . I was leaning more towards the 250's anyways. I dont think I want any SPS, but I want my lighting right just incase I cant resist one day. Are 250's ok for SPS, just incase? I think I saw some in Broomers tank, but cant remember now. Thanks again everyone, much appreciated. :)
