zoanthids looking things

I was looking at my fishtank before bed and to my amazement i found a small colony of zoanthids im not sure if they are what im calling them. But they were on my thought to be dead live rock there is 7 i can see and 1fully greenish color the rest have some green buts its fading into a white

i also found this what dose it look like?
If it is a zoanthid what should i get to help it grow and live

@nd pic is a sponge, I believe. Post the first pic w/o the black outline, it is obscuring the view badly.

The second pic, if soft to the touch, I agree with sponge. However if it is hard it is a coral skeleton.
Too hard to see the first pic to make an identification.
