zoas growth speed

if i was to get a 1-1 1/2 inch zoa with 4-5 polyps and have good water ,light , and flow how fast can i expect them to grow and multiply?
if i were to put 20 pieces this size on 200 lbs of rock .
i dont want them to take over the tank in a year .
i just have no idea how fast they multiply.

Depends on the zoa. Some grow like weeds and some only put on an additional polyp or two every couple of months.
