zoe, garlic??

i am really new to salt water fishes,
i saw a few post about soaking zoes, and garlics, where can i busy thoses, what are the advantage of feeding the fishes soaked with zoes and garlics?

ZOE is a mineral/vitamin supplement. Garlic is an Ick preventative. Soaking foods in both of these will give them better nutrition and keep their immune systems up.

I highly reccomend using both products. You can find Zoe at most pet stores. I use "Kyloic" brand garlic extract, you can find that at GNC health food stores.HTH

Since I started using zoe and garlic liquid, my tangs have much brighter colors!
