Zoo help

Couple questions:
-How close together can i place zoos. I want to put a couple of different strains on the same piece of live rock in my reef and eventually have them grow into each other to form one big colorful colony...is that possible???
any pics??

Yes very possible. Place them a few inches away from eachother. U should have a pretty sweet rock after a few months.

Yes that works well, for a picture example. Here is a a small piece of Tonga branch taken in Oct or 07. I remember I paid 19 bucks for it. There where a few Zoas and odd mint green Palys on it........
Here is a second set of shots of the same area in July of 08 less than a year later.......
They will spread and inter-mix with time.....

Sorry I don't know the names of any zoa I have. Just buy small frags of ones that look good to me.

That sounds like me. From reading some of their names at Zoa ID, it looks like many of them are just whatever someone wants to call them anyway.........

Yup and then the prices get jacked up for the named ones.

my LFS says they dont use names with them just because of that
