zoo propagation

i have some bright green zoo that are spreading onto a near by rock. my question is how do i go about seperating them? what about the toxins?

i do mine 100% the same way as kip. make sure you glue them down pretty well, in higher flow until they start to recolonize i have had polyps come loose and float off my rock. the alternative i suppose would be to place them in a lower flow area.
