Zooanthid colony not coming out.

I purchased a Zooanthid colony last friday and up until yesterday it has been open all the way and looking very nice. All my perameters are fine, the lighting is good, and the tank is clean. Yesterday I saw a Green Emerald Crab hitchhiker inside the coral and I wanted to take him out (Had some bad experiences with GEC) And so I took the coral out and extracted the crab. Is it normal for the zooanthid to stay inside itself for this long? I didnt have it out for more than 5min and I made sure I was deliquite (sp?) and that I didnt hurt it or anything being my first big coral.

They can stay closed up for a few days after being disturbed, I wouldn't worry unless three or four days go by without any polyps opening.

Hopefully thats what Im thinking it is. Because it is a mixed zooanthid and all the darker zoos are open fully but my neon green ones are all inclosed except for a few
