Zoos & mushrooms

I am setting up a new 60g and I would like to have zoos and mushrooms. What do the majority of these coral need for light. All I read is medium flow/medium light. What is med light? I should be able to fit 2 20" PC under the canopy. I like the 100% atinic look but I want my corals to grow. I have 10K bulbs that came with the lights that were never used. Thanks for anyone who will help.

yeah u should be fine. they dont even need medium flow.
and zoos barley need any light.

Zoos are going to need white light.... the only time mine fully open are when the white lights are on. And for shrooms, about the same as the zoas... Medium light meaning half way or lower up in the tank when using PC lighting. Mine do just fine with low flow... Also take into account the size of the tank. There both pretty hardy and easy to work with.
