Dying Long Tentacle Anemone?

OK here are pictures of the worst parts - the whole tank is not like this.
-thanks for all the help so far, i might just be getting somewhere now

Good News - i was able to return the bleached anemone with the phytoplex and micro-vert for $43. SUCCESS. what remains is a pink tip haitian anemone who looks healthy and is about 6 inches from the light - so he should be ok, right?

the ro water wil help with the hair algae also taking it out of the tank and scrubbing as much of the algae off as you can will help. If you cant purchase an RO unit right off you can always go to waltmart or other store and look at the bottled water it will say reverse osmosis filtered on it.
they are less light demanding but will roam alot in the tank. just watch it closley I was able to keep them in a tank with that type of light for awhile.

our LT had very long tentacles when we first got him. now hes got white stuff coming out from where his tentacles are supposed to be. it looks almost like hes been flipped inside out. should we take him out?
