    Got some pics of my tank and stand. The pics of the tank are when i was testing the seam of the overflow I installed and the SCWD based HOB circulatory unit. The stand is not entirely complete doors are not finished or attached. But yay, finally getting it to a point I might start cycling soon...

    personal pref. If you plan on an internal overflow acrylic can be easier if its not predrilled for it. Also you can weld the overflow to it permanently. Typically acrylic is more expensive. For cheaper tanks you can search classified type sites/paper type for nicely used ones. Or on here if...

    indeed :) you will get a lot more effect out of those t5's if you can get single bulb reflectors. Like the tek ones for instance. cannot tell if you have any under the bulbs or not.
