After buying some frags at one of our local fish stores, the owner offered us this reef food from Benepets. I had never heard of it but she spoke very highly of it and said everyone using it just raves about it. She can hardly keep it in stock. It is supposed to help with growth, color, health...
Thanks Krista, but our home interwebs are busted... I found some info on wetweb that said he is not good or bad, he just is. I will try to put pics up soon. Our tank has sure changed since y'all saw it last!
Ok, I can figure out how to get a picture from my phone to here. We have a cooler little nudi on the glass right now. It is about 3/4 inch long white on the underside and a brown and tan on the top. And it has a pair of antenna. It is really really cool. Hope its not harmful but not betting on...
Dont give up! Just add to your CUC and kill your lights for a while. Keep up with Ll your other maintenance too. We just got over a bad cyano out break, the whole bottom of the tank was red! It can be done, its all part of having a piece of the ocean in our home.
.Update: They are doing great! They look like healthy anemones to me, but I know next to nothing about them. I know pictures would be nice right? Anyone know how to post pics from an HTC EVO?
Well we got it under control! We did a little water change, 15 gallons, and cu back thee lighing schedule a little and it is almost gone! Sorry no pictures. I can't figure out how to post them from my phone. It's an HTC EVO. Anyone know how to do that?
Last week we got a bubble tip anemone and I injured the little dude when I was rearranging some rock and trying to catch a fish. It had a pretty bad gash in the center of the foot, no tentacles were damaged. The next day it had crawled.off the rock and up the glass and started to pull itself...
Just a guess... Some type of sponge? Nice looking rock though. I would worry about the worms, you can't catch them all and they have a job to do in your tank. You are going to see all kinds of weird critters in your tank....
