Can anybody tell me what this stuff is, growing in my tank? Thanks

Can anybody please tell me what are these little worms I have in my tank? They are real small (less than a 1/4 inch) and real thin like a hair. I have about 10-15 crawling around my tank. My tank is about a month old. Thanks The pictures were enlarged.
