From the pic based on the color and shape, I would go +2 on monkey.

Monkey Shrimp

It does look alot like a monkey shrimp, i was thinking anemone shirmp after looking thru some pictures. But the orange eyes are what was making it hard to tell. I was just hoping it was harmless and it looks it is.
It was a hitchhiker on a free rock of stuggling zoa's
