In the order you posted 1 thru 11, numbers 3, 5, 7, 9, and 11 could live in a 29 gallon but not all 10 fish I think that would be a lil overstocked.

Flame angel Fine in a 29
Green mandarin goby Will starve to death unless there is a 100 gallon, very mature, sump to produce copepods
Dwarf Zebra Lionfish Not with the clownfish, unless they are large, then there is a chance
Snowflake Eel
2 Ocellaris Clownfish
Humu Picasso Trigger Often pick on lionfish fins, leading to the death of the lion from infection or stress. Also, adult size is way too large for your planned tank.
5 Yellowtail Blue Damsel Very aggressive, add last if at all
Porcupine Puffer Take a look at the adult size of a porcupine puffer - it may grow to be larger than the tank itself
Bicolor Blenny
Sailfin tang I know, someday you will move it to a suitable tank. It never happens, they usually die of stress in such a small tank before you decide it is too much trouble to break down the rockwork to capture the fish.

As people have already said - way too much stock for a 20 gallon system, even with top notch, state of the art filtration and lots of experience (which I'm guessing you don't have, or you wouldn't be asking about this stock list.

It's hard to not overstock I know, but get as big of a tank as u can afford then, your stock list can be more expansive
