Questions about livestock to add

a 75g would be a perfect tank for a humu trigger. most tangs will go well with humu triggers as well as angel fish damsels, ect.. what size tank are you thinking?
Not really planning anything yet. Was just curious for future reference! Thanks! Are they some of the more aggressive triggers?

Humu triggers are one of the less aggressive triggers but still a trigger lol. Humu triggers grow very very slow. So the size you get one you get determine the minimum tank size

Oh iam not. I dont mention it on here bc people would be like yea a pool fish. They cant be kept w othet fish, and couldn't just buy another big tank. So $40 for a big kids pool. I had heaters, filters ect . Its not eye appealing but it works, few chunks of lr and a small led light

That's a really good thing you did. I'm shire it's happy to have its own pool! Many people buy these fish and don't relies what they are getting into. I one day wish to have one but I don't have a tank for just the trigger.

Thanks for all the trigger talk! I feel somewhat educated now! Ok, so if I try a blue jaw trigger, do I need to get rid of other fish in my stock?

This is what I was thinking (in my 125g + 55g sump) before the trigger considerations:

2 clownfish
1 yellow tang
1 blue hippo tang
1 sand sifting goby
1 fire fish
1 dragonnet (mandarin)
1 six line wrasse
1 flame angel
1 bicolor or midas blenny

Room for a blue jaw trigger? or do I need to remove a tang or more?
Also what order to add the trigger? I was going to start with the clowns and do the flame angel second to last and the dragonet last (more established refug with copepods, etc). Also, should I get a small blue jaw so that it will be less likely to be aggressive toward smaller fish? I really would not want the trigger to go after inverts or other fish!!

Lol they are not nice fish.nice looking tho. It eats clams on the half shell .
clams are a great staple food for all triggers, they need a variety of meaty foods so dont skimp out! lol

i wounder what would happen if some one fell in to that pool.
