You do have 100 gallons of tank, by taking out of live rocks, sands, you probably have 75 gallons of water in your tank, if the medicine is for 1 drop per 10 gallons, most you put in 8 drops not 10 drops for your tank size.

Start the tank with macro algaes and let the macros control the tank.

Perform an act of nutrient export frequently. Trim your chaeto, check you algae scrubber or change water.

Consider the treasure of that one piece of advice from so many seasoned aquarists, This thread should be in a book, with a reason why or personal experience attached to each one. Two thumbs up for this one being started!
