What is this with the skimmer?

Before I buy this skimmer called a AquaC protein Skimmer (hang on the back) for my 55 gallon I noticed the option for "include pump" which would include what they call a "mj1200 Cobalt" my question is what is this? Is it just a power head or something? Is it part of the skimmer I install? I already have a Hydor 600 and was planning on buying another stronger power head.
I don't want theirs... Thanks for any help

So the option to buy without isn't a complete skimmer... Thanks a lot!
I think I will keep looking for skimmers I watched a install video of the pump and it looked ridiculously loud and obnoxious...

Now I'm planning on buying the reef octopus 100 it doesn't allow for the option to add a pump and says the pump goes into the skimmer not in the tank. So I hope it comes with it..

Those puppies are expensive so I'm sure they come with but I'm not positive.
