Orange Monti White spots problem

I just bought this monti last week and I am noticing the monti having white spots and losing some color.

Can anyone give me an idea of what could be wrong.

Could you post your water parameters? Calcium, alkalinity, magnesium salinity, pH,...

Check for montipora eating flat worms. Most of the time, however, when montiporas do that, either there are alkalinity swings or detritus built up on them from lack of flow.

Calcium is a little on the high side 540
alk is 12
salinity is 1.024
mag I am not sure
ph is 8.0

I think maybe I just need to do a water change correct me if I am wrong

also they are placed in the middle of the tank

lighting is a 165w 55x3

What are your power settings/ dim setting on your unit?

If the coral goes from t5 or halide to LED that is on full blast, it can definitely cause bleaching.
