Feeding 5 Blue Chromis

Hello all! I am new to the saltwater community. I recently set up a 60 gallon salt water tank. I have 5 blue chromis in there. My main concern is feeding. How much to do feed them, what to feed them, and when to feed them.

Currently I am feeding them marine flakes, once in the morning, once when i get home around 5pm and once before i go to bed. I have the lights off during my work hours, i turn it on when i get home

When i do feed them, they seem to be wanting to eat a lot. I am not sure if i am putting enough flakes in the tank. I also did read too many flakes could mess with your levels of your tank. But its like they will be ready at the top of the tank, ready to eat and then i feed them until they dont want anymore. I just feel like i am not feeding them enough and I am starving them. They look healthy to me.

I feed mine a variety of food. Mostly frozen marine food. I do feed pellets once a week or so to make sure they will eat them if necessary.
I feed once a day in the evening just enough that they will eat it all in a minute or two. Relative to my light schedule it is at about the mid point. Lights On at 12:00 PM off at 11 PM. I feed around 6.
If you feed too much it will lead to poor water quality and algae.

Majority of my food is frozen as well. Sprirulia brine, mysis, prawns, mega marine, krill, cyclopese, and alage sheets. I feed usually during the week over a 4-5 hr span. Weekends and days off throughout the day

I have an automatic feeder to use when I am out of town.
Eheim everyday fish feeder. Reliable and inexpensive.
When I use it I use
Hikari marine S pellets mixed with Hikari seaweed extreme small pellets. Pellets work best in auto feeders. you need to play with the auto feeder to get the right adjustment.
