bulkhead sizing and pipe sizing

Hello, I asking what size pipe I need for a 1 1/4 bulkhead ?

I've only heard of bulkhead coming in 1/2" increments. 1/2, 1.0, 1.5 and so on. Are you sure 1.25 isn't the size pipe you need to fit the bulkhead you have?

Well here is my issue, I have 2" holes drilled in my tank and so I want to know what size Bulkheads and what size pvc piping I'll need

My suggestion would be to call BRS and ask their customer service people. They will have all the answers and know what questions to ask you to clarify the issue.

Sounds like it's drilled for 1" bulkheads and plumbing.

Are you positive they're 2" holes? Because the closest I can find is a 1.0" schedule 80 bulkhead but it requires a 1-7/8" drilled hole.

That's the minimum size required for sch 80. Should be able to fit a sch 40 or 80 in there. That's the size I drilled for the return on my 120g.

I would recommend sch 80 even though 40 would fit you'd want to make sure it's centered good when you tighten it down.
