the thing is I already have the bag of live sand. I got it for free from a friend

I have a 72 galllon tank that has been set up for about 7-8 months. I have 100lbs of live rock. I have a large Fragspawn, Xenia, and mushrooms. Also I have about 50lbs of live sand. My question is that i want to add more live sand. Will this casue a spike at all? Thanks in advance!
